Interannual blend of Tramín 2020 and Chardonnay 2016.
 
The Beast was created as a working title for a two-barrel playing sample. Probably the most controversial wine from our cellar. It went through many discussions, ratios between two wines, laughter, misunderstandings and tapping on the forehead. Aged in three barrels - acacia and oak. 
Funky beast - Tramin macerated moon and Chardonnay day on the skins, a mix of orange and white that you want to drink almost to the point of slurping and drooling over it (a bit of an exaggeration, hehe)!
