Bubbles for the pool series by the artist @slakinglizard. Chardonnay and Pinot blanc from an oak barrel, a combination of two different vineyards of Trkmanska and Krátký. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and the first shot of a third of the sparkling wines after 19 months. The others were left on sludge in the archive cellar. A small batch of 1,300 bottles - quite a bit for how drinkable it is!
